About the Event

Jack Lasseter's wife, Susanne, is storytelling on our historic picnic grounds!  Join us for her first lecture!  The Shaw D.  Kinsley Lecture Series Present:  "How My Grandparents Got to Arizona:  An American Family Story."

Susanne Lasseter has been a storyteller for over 25 years.  She is a member of Tucson Tellers of Tales and has performed for storytelling concerts, festivals, schools, and other organizations all over Southern Arizona.  She loves entertaining children with folktales and adults with personal stories.  “The connection between listener and teller is special.  It’s the reason I keep telling.”
