About the Event

Step into the rich tradition of tortilla making at the Tubac Presidio! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make both corn and flour tortillas from scratch. All materials and ingredients will be provided — just bring your enthusiasm and your appetite!

After rolling and pressing your tortillas, we’ll head outdoors to cook them on the grill, just like it’s been done for generations. To finish off the experience, we’ll gather together to enjoy the fresh, warm tortillas with frijoles and share in the flavors of history and community.

This workshop is perfect for all ages — no experience needed! Come ready to cook, taste, and celebrate sabor y cultura.

Enjoy a hands-on workshop and explore everything the Presidio has to offer with our incredible all-in-one tickets:

Adults (14+) - $10

Youths (7-13) - $5
